Should I tell her?

I'm pansexual and I have a crush on my straight friend who is a girl and I want to tell her but I don't want to ruin our friendship. She's really sweet and super sexy and I really like her but I don't know what to do.

If you're sure she's straight, from my experience it would be best not to. I've been hurt a lot by doing that when I was younger by girls who distanced themselves because of my feelings. These were girls who considered themselves to be accepting, but were still disgusted whether they wanted to admit it or not.
I'm not trying to scare you out of it if you want to tell her, but I don't want you to be hurt by someone you admire like I was so many times. 
If you're unsure of whether or not she's actually straight and you're hoping there's a chance of her returning your feelings, I would either ask her if she is or ask in a less direct way. If you're certain she won't react badly, then definitely go for it.

If she is definitely straight and y'all are really good friends I wouldn't tell her because then you may lose that friendship and that will hurt you.

personally I wouldn't as it might make her uncomfortable and she might always feel awkward around you then the friendship won't be the same

I was in the same situation a year ago but after telling her she told me that she had liked me the whole time. So you have a tiny chance but mine ended up badly and i lost her completely so there's a huge risk.
