How often does your baby eat?

My 12 weeks old breastfed baby is still nursing every 1.5-2 hours during the day. She'll eat for about 15-20 minutes at a time. At night she sleeps 8-9 hours, wakes and eats, and sleeps another 2-3 hours. How often does your baby eat during the day? I feel like mine is still eating really often and maybe not getting a full feed?

I think the longer the sleep at night means they need to make up for those feedings and will eat more during the day.

And here is where my baby is still unpredictable....2 nights ago she ate at 11pm, 2am, 5:30am, 8:30am. Last night she At at 10:30pm, 5:30am and 10am.

Sounds normal to me, my daughter is 12 weeks & does the same, except that sleeping 8-9 hours at night😒. My daughter still wakes up 2-3 times every night. Breastmilk doesn't sit as long in the stomach so they eat more often, plus the day breastmilk isn't as filling as the night breastmilk

My bf daughter does the exact same thing at 12 weeks! I figure that she's eating more during the day because shessleeping all night.

11 weeks old today. At night she will go 6 or 7 hours but I do breast feed her then give her a bottle of breast milk that I pumped that morning. During the first half of the day she will go 3 or 4 hours between feeding. The second half she goes 2 to 3 hours. Right before bed time it's 1.5 to 2 hours normally

Yea if I nurse my son alone he will eat every 2 hrs he is 10 wks. I mostly pump now and give him bottles and nurse at night and in the morning. I constantly obsessed if he is fed enough.

Every 3 hours! But saying that he wakes 2-3 times in the night for feeding. But I think this is mainly for comfort.

My LO does 9 hours at night. She'll wake and eat a full feed and then wants a few more ounces about 2 hrs later and then it's every 3 till it's bedtime again.
