pregnant again, still breastfeeding

So I found out today, that I'm expecting again. I'm so excited, we've been trying since January and it finally happened. Anyways, I'm still breastfeeding my 14 months old and I'm not planning on stopping before the baby is here. Does anyone have any experience or tips for me.
