Vinegar smelling discharge?

Hi there, I'm having a brown/black looking vinegar smelling discharge coming from me. I had unprotected sex a few days ago but he didn't cum inside of me, he came ontop of me and his cum was kinda clear and watery, should I be worried? What do I do?
