Hey all,

I graduated with a MSW about two months ago and have 6 years of related experience .... but I can't get a offer. And it is driving me nuts

Places that do seem interested want to pay way below par for my experience and education ... and I did not pay for an education out of pocket to make less than I did with only a bachelors

I think it is really unfair.

How did education become so devalued and taken for granted in this country 😤
