Nipple Confusion/forgotten how to latch

I'm at a loss 😥

I'm not sure where and when it started but my baby boy won't latch on properly. I don't know whether it's a combination of things from having a tongue tie, having reflux and comfort feeding, preferring a bottle (which I have given on the odd occasion or just something I am doing wrong. He is just feeding off my nipple and I am really struggling to get him back to latch on properly. Everytime I think he has a decent latch, he just pulls off abit and carries on on my nipple. I am in no discomfort from it at all and Baby is putting on weight but he has really bad trapped wind (could be the cause of reflux?) and I know it's because he is letting so much air in when sucking on my nipple.

What can I do?
