So I have a 9 month old I'm still breast feeding and was 8 weeks pregnant. I just had a d&c; this morning and have been having difficulty nursing since. One boob in particular is hard as a rock no matter how much I breast feed. I even tried pumping with no prevail. It just keeps getting harder and more painful. Tonight during my sons middle of night feeding he would pull off and arch his back when I tried offering that breast. I finally gave up and offered the other and he nursed no problem and didn't even pull away from my right boob. What is happening? Did the d&c; and hormones mess with my milk supply? Is it drying up my one side? If so that side was my side with the stronger milk supply. Don't even know what to do and am beyond angry now on top of dealing with this pregnancy loss...
