At what age did you start cow's milk for your baby?

My baby is exclusively breastfed she is turning a year old in 3 weeks and I was wondering if it's ok to start cow's milk now or introduce it slowly??     If you mommies didn't use cows milk what other options you guys used? I heard of NIDO milk is that better than cows milk?                                           THANKS IN ADVANCE! ❣❣😍😍

My daughter didn't drink cows milk until after 2.. But she was also still breastfed until 2.

She never liked cows milk though. Her doctor said Almond milk was a good alternative.

I was told around 11mos it was fine. Mine were bf as well

I will be skipping cows milk altogether...I see no need for it. There are way better ways to get calcium without the inflammatory properties of large amounts of dairy.

i wouldn't stick to one milk, she can get the vitamins and nutrients that are in cows milk from other foods :) id do a rotation of cow, almond, coconut, etc. And it's good to not give much milk throughout the day so they still want to eat their food, & don't get full off of it.
