I need advice!!!

I'm very concerned, I have a Doc appt on Monday so I don't need to hear you guys aren't docs I just want other mamas opinions. So everyone I've shown my ultrasound says she looks way further along then my Doc dated me. How far along does ultrasound photo look? Thank you in advance!
