Anyone else feel like an emotional psycho?

I swear...70% of the time I'm either pissed off or ready to cry 🙃

Yes ME!! I am just not an emotional person normally. I never cry and bottle things up. Now, one day I will be crying over everything the next I can barely control my rage over things that don't even matter! 
Example: Day before yesterday I was crying watching Disney movies with my daughter. Yesterday my daughters room was a mess and I was trying to put back together a toy, completely lost it and threw it behind me not knowing my daughter was standing there! It hit her and I felt like the worst mother in the world. 
I don't even know this person! 😩
