I worked my last shift for this pay period, and usually our boss lets us pick our checks up even if it's not the 1st of 15th. As long as we have finished all of our shifts then we can get our check. I asked my boss if I can go tomorrow and she said she will Mail my check out until the 1st.

I am so mad because I do so much for this job! I feel so under appreciated and under payed for what I do for them. Just how they want me to work my shifts that is how much I expect to be paid on time!

And when my boss does send out the checks, they don't get to me until AFTER the 1st of 15th.
