feel so confused..

i just need advice so i had a baby at 15 everything was fine except the fact he tried to come early but they stopped it anyways after he was born i got on implanon for the whole 3 yrs when it ran out i got on the IUD had it for about a year and took it out in March, I got pregnant the same day but ended in a miscarriage around 5 weeks, waited til next cycle and conceived again in June and lost it around 6 weeks again.. im so young still and i already had a baby, so what could be wrong? is it because i was on birth control for so long? i need help this is heart breaking....
