If you're vegan/vegetarian, do you take or need vitamin supplements?
I'm 15 and I turned vegetarian when I was 12 and a half due to health reasons. Since January when I was 14, I have been vegan (a year and a half!!) and I've never needed to take any type of supplement or anything like that. my boyfriend's family says it's completely necessary, but I personally think you don't. Then again, every body is different, so it all depends.
