Feeling uterus expand??

Am I the only one who can sorta feel my uterus expand and stretch? I feel some light dull cramping and stretching. I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant. My uterus almost feels tight.

When I lay down I get slight cramps at both sides of my hips I'm the same 4.5 weeks as well

I've felt it as well. At night when I lay down for bed (I guess I'm moving my body in a way that I notice it more) it feels like my abs are sore. 
Every symptom I get excites me. Feels great knowing that things are all working properly and our little baby is growing!

Did everything end up being okay? I have tightness on and off and it really freaks me oit Also 4 weeks

I didn't that early but at 16 weeks, I'm for sure uncomfortable. My uterus is tight and the muscles around it ache.

That's about right. As long as there's no spotting cramps are normal
