Sciatic Pain??

I've had the worst awkward pain in/under one of my butt cheeks all day long. Is this sciatic related?

Sciatic pain typically radiates down your whole leg. If it's more local in your butt cheek/ hip but still hurts when you walk, it's likely your SI (sacroiliac) joint. Do you sleep with pillows between your knees?  With so much relaxin going on, if you knees aren't aligned with your hips, this can pull on your SI joint. I also found that squats and yoga help strengthen muscles to relieve SI joint. Massage is also amazing 😀. I've had SI joint pain with both of my pregnancies.

Yep! Mine felt like a big butt cramp for a while. If you can find a way to make your mattress more firm it can help!

Goggle doing a piriformis stretch that's the muscle in your butt for your hips and stuff. If you can, get in the pool and do some stretches too. It makes my hips and all feel SOO much better. Better yet, go get a massage!! 💆🏼💆🏼💆🏼

pretty sure, it also will sometimes travel down your leg too, I have horrible sciatic pain and ligament pain on my left side. It's mainly in my hip bone and travels all the way down to my ankle, and a little bit to my back, I actually got stuck in bed this morning and cried because it hurt so much
