positive but need advice

Today I took 2 tests and this was the result, please don't judge I'm very new to this and rather have advice from you ladies who have experienced and know best rather then google! But until I get confirmed at the doctors this week, is there anything I should be taking eg vitamins or doing to support through my pregnancy?
