Okay so, my periods used to be super exact, like right on the dot every 27 days. But these past few months, my period has been getting later and later?? I'm on my 33rd day right now, and am just now starting to experience pms symptoms (i.e tender breasts and bloating).
I'm not sexually active, I'm not on birth control or any medication, and I exercise regularly and eat fairly healthy.
Any ideas on what this might be/why this has been happening? Or any ideas on what I should do? Thanks (:
