Scared to have another miscarriage

My Fiancé and I lost my baby at 14 weeks on May 29th just a week after out gender reveal. It was a girl!❤👶🏾 I still think of her daily. 💔😇 So for 1 1/2 months we have been trying again but i think I stress myself with the thoughts of it happening again because many women in my family have suffered from 1-3 miscarriages. Is it common to have that fear or am I just over thinking it?🤔
