I use always with wings so they stay in my panties, don't bunch up or shift so I'm not getting blood on my panties. I also use the maxi pads for night time as my day to day because I have heavier flow and when I sit it likes to pool by my butt so I need extra coverage

always infinity with wings! i think always has teen pads too but im pretty sure they are like the exact same pad lol. they are super comfortable and thin, but hold a lot of blood! im wearing one rn lol

It depends on your flow. If you have a lighter flow then I would recommend Kotex, and if you have a heavier flow I would recommend Always. I would 10/10 recommend wings!! They make using pads much easier.
