My 15 month old hardly talks only says the basic words😞 Should I be worried?

my son didn't talk till he was 3. every child is different. every child has its past time.

By 18 months they should be saying six words sounds like your baby is just fine.

I'm in the early childhood field. From what I know about child development all children are different. Some take longer to speak. Try getting her to repeat you. For example if she wants a cookie you say "cookie" then get her to try saying "cookie"

at that age they want them saying 5 words. my daughter's 2 and isn't consistent with that. we have to call early intervention. She's trying though and we try to help her as much as she'll tolerate lol
