Breast Cancer Question

So, it doesn't run in the family but I have always had some type of pain in my right boob, within the past month it's gotten worse and a little bit uncomfortable to the point I do t really want to wear a bean. I can feel the lump now and it's painful to the touch. What doctor should I go see to get this checked out asap ... in really scared.
