Please help?! Cycles now messed up!

So normally my period comes every 27/28 days. This had been the same for 7months! I normally always ovulated day 15/16. Now this cycle started at 6dpo!! 6/7days early!! I bled for 9days and spotted for 2... I'm now on cycle day 15 and still have creamy discharge and only high fertility on tests 😤☹️ this has totally screwed my fertility up and my chances of conceiving in subsequent months as I only get to see my partner weekends 😭😭 is there anything I can do to alter this?? 😔
