This is stemming off another post. From that I've gathered most people think it is okay to go topless. I live in Ontario and 20 years ago it became legal for woman not to wear shirts in public.I've never seen anyone go topless though. Should there be another set of rules for people under 18 going topless? (I am not sure if there are because I couldn't find anything on the internet but let's just pretend there probably are) If it isn't sexual would there be a problem for teenagers to go topless. I don't think they're should be a problem but I'd be afraid of the harassment they might endure. Thoughts?
