Went off birth control about 20 mos ago... with no luck so far.. physician said to try ovulation test sticks to see if I ovulate every month since my periods are all of the sudden irregular also.. and of course I'm not ovulating every month... I think I may have PCOS... any recommendations on what could help ovulation to occur every month.. med or home remedies out there??
