What should I do about my foot?

I was walking around in uncomfortable shoes and the back of my foot was hurting. I took my shoes off when I got home and I got this blister looking thing. How should I care for it?

Wear flip flops for a day or two. It'll heal on its own. It's just a blister that popped.

I always put a little cotton ball under the bandage to pad it so I can wear shoes and not be in pain
