Headache cure?

I've been getting a headache every day for 2-5 hours a day for the past month.. any tips or tricks? Or know why this is happening?

This has been happening to me for a long long time! Sometimes migraines, sometimes just a regular headache, sometimes dull but constant ones that make me puke. I have no idea why! I drink cold water and put my cold hands on my head in a dark room. Definitely take Advil too!

Make sure you drink enough! You get headache if you're dehydrated.

If you're having headaches that frequently and have been keeping track of them, I would definitely go see a doctor!
