Is this the 4 month sleep regression?

My baby girl turned 4 months a week ago and for almost a week now her sleep has been horrendous. Where she was previously sleeping anything from 3-7 hours straight at night, she's now waking up every 45 mins to an hour. She's even decided she doesn't want to nap for as long as usual during the day and fights sleep HARD. Is this the dreaded 4 month regression?

How long did regression last for you? From what I've read it sounds like I shouldn't go starting any bad sleep habits that I don't want to keep up after the regression so I am trying hard not to just let my daughter sleep in my bed with me when she has these bad nights, but is there anything else I can do to help her sleep better or to encourage better sleep patterns once she is out of the regression? It seriously feels like the moment my head hits the pillow she's waking up and screaming for me 😩😴
