I can' t sleep!!

This summer I messed up my sleep schedule really bad. I usually like to wake up at 9 am when I can sleep in. But then summer came around and I started staying up later and later, I would finally fall asleep about 6 am. Then about a week ago I stopped. I stopped sleeping. In the last week I have slept about 11 hours. I feel like I am about to go mad. How can I get back on track?
