I'm going crazy

My period was due on the 26 and so far I thought nothing about it, I'm on vacation and my breast are on fire, crazy heartburn, nauseous, sleepy and peeing every second I turn around went out and bought a pregnancy test and the damn thing says not pregnant. So what the heck is going on here I really can't touch my breast or lie down on them. My temp on my chart is up and down. What you lady's think? Maybe I need to go take a blood test pt
