I became a pariah in high school because I stood up for my trans friend. (He wasn't in transition at the time so he was still a she and had to change in the girls locker room which freaked every girl out and so every time she entered they would scream and make fun of her. It was honestly horrific. I couldn't take it anymore and I flipped a shit. I can only imagine how she felt).

I've lost a few friends, as well as my cousin who changed political views so her husband's bigot family would accept her (they still hate her so 🤷🏼‍♀️).

Yes. When Donald Trump ran for president, a lot of my friends showed me their true colors. I couldn't stay friends with people who are so hateful at heart. I'm not even Muslim but the moment someone said they believe all of them are terrorist, and basically following everything our crazy ass president believes, I couldn't stand being around them. Oh and I automatically drop anyone who feels the need to diminish the black lives matter movement by saying "all lives matter". Like we know that. Andddd I lost friends with the Trayvon Martin case a long with the other police brutality towards black men. I came across many people who defended the police officer no matter

Second, no i haven't because i never mix religion or politics with frienships and i avoid these topics as much as i can. But when it comes to my relationship, i always date people of the same religion because i could never marry someone of another religion in the future ( my parents are strict christian armenian, and armenia is the first nation on earth to accept christianity as their religion and its just tradition).

I was in a long term relationship and then after meeting people in classes at college I started to have different views. My boyfriend/ Bestfriend started to sound very racist. Before when race issues came up, I would just agree with him to get him to stop yelling and being rude to me. Once I realized I couldn't take the crying and hurt emotions anymore I broke it off with him but things ended even worse. It was for the best though. People shouldn't be racist.

I have very strong right wing views and a lot of people don't like that about me. But honestly I don't fuck with major left wings they drive me crazy. My boyfriend doesn't agree with me on everything and it has caused fights but we just don't talk about it at all anymore.
