Lately my depression and anxiety has been eating me alive, I feel alone in my fight and id like to know I am not. Im fighting a battle no one sees... 😢

I feel ya. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression since I was like 13, I'm now 24. I don't go to therapy any more and I'm no longer on meds. I feel better than ever but sometimes my depression and anxiety pound me into the floor. I just stay strong and know that I'm better than the bad thoughts. Stay strong love. ✌️💗💪
