Pumping and storing
So I have been pumping and then putting it into the fridge and using it throughout the day but I don't know if that's the right way to store it. Baby has been gassy and idk if that's why. Should I be freezing it even if I plan on using it soon?
I haven't been able to pump enough to save more than a days worth.
Also how do you heat up frozen milk?
