Side effects of the pill ?

After I took my pill I am having back pain and I am having cramps 😐 my boobs are super super sore rn too and it's bothering me sm is this a side effect of the combined pill? And how can I reduce the pain ?

I'm in the same boat as you. I've taken the pill before but was off it for about a year and a bit. I've started taking the pill again and have sensitive/sore boobs and lower back pains and cramps. Try using a heat pack or hot water bottle and take some painkillers to ease the pain. I'm not too fussed on the cramps because they come and go and there not horrendous like my period cramps are but I get headaches almost everyday from the pill so I take painkillers for that
