Best Pads/Tampons for heavy flow?
I had my lo a year ago and my period returned 6 months pp. I noticed that my flow is more heavier now than before I had my lo. (I am not taking birth control). Anyway what are the best pads and tampons for heavy flow? (I am not concerned about cost or how they or made). I just need something that is durable and will prevent leaks. I work at a middle school, so I am not able to change my pad/tampon every two hours.
