I'm literally terrified of getting a pelvic exam for reasons I will not share and I'm literally going to the doctor today and I pray to god they don't have me get a physical and a pelvic exam I will die it makes me so uncomfortable even thinking about getting one 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Update: Luckily my doctor said I don't need a pelvic exam or anything like that they just checked my eyes and stuff
