How do you check your cervix?

I've seen some posts about women checking their cervix for any problems, how do you do that? And how do you know if it's normal?

I've seen some posts on here asking if they could be pregnant from kissing. Some posts on here are asinine. Leave your cervix alone. Only a trained medical professional should be poking around up there checking to make sure things are how they're supposed to be.

I'd just go to a gyno tbh. If you're not a trained medical professional, you aren't going to know the difference between a healthy one and not. And Pap smears test for cell changes that aren't visible.
