I feel like the only one sometimes when everyone else is talking about giving baby cows milk and cheese and chicken... then there's the comments.. you know what I'm talkin bout!...I'm a FTM so it's all new to me and would love any tips from y'all👂🏻👀🙏🏻

I'm trying! We're going vegan 3x a week to reduce waste and be a little healthier. Also just trying to cut back on meat and dairy in general on non-vegan days too! I made a mushroom spaghetti a few days ago and doing a mushroom risotto this week with almond milk instead of cream!  I've also done cauliflower steaks and cheeseless pesto recently with spaghetti squash. Also signed up for purple carrot to see how it goes!

I don't know how I feel about vegan for LO though... are you doing vegan for yours?

Vegan mom and family here as well. I started making the transition during my pregnancy with my youngest because of how sick everything made me. Finally the whole family has transitioned and my little pork-chop couldn't be healthier.

I'm almost Vegan lol. I don't eat any dairy but I do eat eggs. I was that way with my last pregnancy also! I was fitting back into my pre pregnancy clothes by 1 month PP and I'd lost all of the weight I'd gained. I also barely gained the recommended 25 lbs and I never worked out or dieted.

I am attempting no dairy or meat. It's really harder than I thought to cut out dairy. What are you going to give your baby instead of cows milk at 12 months?
