Today is day 2 of a late period, so I thought I would test. I have been experiencing some brownish CM, and I've never seen that. I figured maybe my period was just late, and the brownish tint meant I was going to start. Anyway, I tested today, thinking I would once again get a negative, like I have for the past year and a half. Not this time! I got a faint second line for the first time! I took two more tests and both were obious positives!! This will be my first pregnancy, and I couldn't be happier! I'm terrified, but happy. :) My SO had a son in a past relationship that was stillborn, so the thought of him haunts both of us. He's more scared than I am. Any helpful advice for a first time mom? How do you manage the fear of something happening?
