How to stay motivated to workout

I don't really love working out, but every few months I will start to workout and eat healthy. I am always super strong for a week, to the point where my stomach flattened and I felt like a whole new person. Then after awhile I end up quitting! It happens every time I "commit" to working out. I accidentally miss one day or something else and then I never continue. I gained back all of my weight and my stomach isn't flat anymore. I also binge eat a lot now on bad food like ritz crackers, Oreos, etc. I can never get full. Any tips to stay motivated to workout and also some easy recipes for a 14 year old that are healthy and will keep me full so I don't binge eat? (I am not vegan, I still eat dairy products/meat
