Yeast infection care

I'm 15 and I don't have a job. I have symptoms of a severe yeast infection and I'm scared to tell my mom. I do a lot of working out and sports. And My vulva is very red and itchy is there any home remedies so that I can care for it until I can muster up the courage to tell her. I'm not sexually active.
