Vaccinations

I'm 10 weeks and 6 days. I have severe anxiety and so far I've had my whooping cough, tetanus shot and flu shot but I had the worst panic attacks after just because it's always been my trigger with something foreign being in my body, I won't even take any pain killers because of this. I will always vaccinate myself and my baby but does anyone have any tips how to get over this anxiety? I can't go my whole pregnancy freaking out when I have to get them or getting scared and looking for signs of a reaction. Especially when I need the whooping cough shot again closer to giving birth, I hate this weird trigger of mine and I just want so badly to get over it. Every time my body mimics a reaction from the panic attack even though I'm actually not having a reaction. I've tried deep breathing, not thinking about it nothing is working. I'm panicking and sweating thinking about a needle right now.
