is it normal Vitex makes you spot?!

so i tried it on saturday and i was feeling weird the whole day. I feel tired , i was spotting , And felt feverish. I dont know if that's just normal and becuse i'm trying it for the first time or what please help!!!!! i stopped it on sunday and today , i don't know if i should take it again if it's goijg to give me that bad reaction to it
