Supplements for supply
Hey! With my first two I took blessed thistle and fenugreek to increase my supply. I also took a prescription but the name is escaping me right now.
Is there any other tips or tricks you have to help me increase supply? I lack glandular tissue to get more than 2 oz on each side but idlike to try and nurse and nurse/pump/supplement as long as I can.
