TTC after miscarriage!

Hey guys i'm very much new to this but I am TTC after a miscarriage I had 2 years ago. my fiancé and I are getting impatient!! Mind you I was taking birth control for a year because i was 17 when I had my miscarriage (i know too young but i'm still with my HS sweetheart). Does anyone know of anything that good help me conceive faster !😭
