anyone with a uterus can get a period. doesn't matter if they're a woman, a man, or nonbinary. i think you were talking about cis males (men who didn't have them). males have fluctuating hormones depending on time of the month and i think it's proven that they do get a form of pms, but obv they don't bleed. they just get moodswings, cravings, etc.
