First Trimester Exercise?
Hi all!! This is my first pregnancy and I am about 5 weeks along 😁 due date is March 28th. Normally I am a very active person but I had some bleeding last week and the week before that has made me very cautious, other than yoga 1x a week I've taken it easy. I've had the bleeding checked out and everything is okay. I am just wondering what are some of the ways you guys stay active? My usual go-to is running, but the thought makes me nervous!
