I had my first period after missed miscarriage. This is my first cycle after that period. I have tracked ovulation by bbt and opk for the last year so I am very aware of when I normally ovulate, however this time and I know things are different after a loss, I am confused. On Thursday I had positive opk and ewcm.... I also had pink blood when wiping, never do I have mid cycle spotting. I thought maybe ovulation spotting, again never had it.. I had a temp rise the next morning.... Now 4 days later I had ewcm and very positive opk tests for the last 2 days. I felt ovulation cramps and twinges yesterday.... My question is can you ovulate twice within a few days... I thought not.. But why the first positive tests and spotting? Please thoughts. I posted my chart but took of first positive opks and ewcm as my chart was confused as I am lol..
