How to take Breast milk out?

Question

Curious as to how all you BF mommas go places lol. I'm a FTM, I bf and Pump. When going somewhere I can't feed, I'd like to be able to take my milk but then I have to think about keeping it cool, then heating it up. It's a struggle that I can't figure out, I don't want to microwave milk ever, but I don't want to give baby cold milk either. Help!

Breastmilk can be stored at room temperature for quite some time so no need to worry about a coping solution as such, maybe just an insulated bag but no ice brick inside it. That way easier to warm. Most places you go to if it's a restaurant should be able to organise a jug with boiling water in it to place a bottle into to warm gradually for your baby.  If you're having latching issues and is the reason why you take bottles out in public, I would consider trying a nipple shield if you haven't already. Helped me heaps! As my baby turned 6 weeks old we didn't need anymore :)

Before my DS turned 6 m.o., I just breastfed him when we're going out. I never brought breastmilk in a bottle because it's very complicated. When I thought it's impossible to breastfeed him, I prepared formula powder and water in separated bottles, so I could mix them in case needed (but I'm not sure I ever gave it to him).
