Cysts on both sides of brain.... terrified

At my 20 wk ultrasound the dr (not my ob just dr in ultrasound department) said there are two small cysts on each side of my rainbow baby's brain. My genetic tests all came back negative and he said the baby is growing perfectly. He also said he sees this in 10-15 patients a week and that they could just absolve themselves. He isn't too worried about it but wanted to let me know. It's something that not all drs even tell patients as they don't think it's necessary but he tells his patients everything.! I go to my ob tomorrow for my monthly appt and will see what our next move is.

I'm terrified. It's been a long two weeks. I refuse to research online to stress myself out. My husband has looked and feels confident all will be ok.

Has anyone experienced this??? I just want my rainbow boy to stay healthy and well. 😔
