Any suggestions for gas relief for my little one. He seems to constantly be fighting gas bubbles. I'm breastfeeding and he has a bowel movement every other day but constipation doesn't seem to be the issue. He also spits up a good amount and will sometimes get fussy after he eats and spits up but doesn't seem to be in reflux like pain.

I tried gripe water and that didn't seem to do anything. Trying Mylicon now. Any other suggestions? Should I cut out certain foods from my diet or add more of something? B help!!!
